Joshua to face Bulgarian Boxer Pulev in IBF bout
World Boxing Heavy weight Champion, Anthony Joshua will face Bulgarian pugilist Kubrat Pulevin in his nextt bout after Wladimir Klitschko announced his retirement from boxing at the age of 41.
Joshua was billed to face Klitschko in a rematch in November after he beat the Ukrainian in the 11th round to defend his International Boxing Federation (IBF).
The Nigerian-born British boxer also retained International Boxing Organisation (IBO) and World Boxing Association (WBA) heavyweight titles at Wembley in April.
He will now prepare to face Pulev as his mandatory IBF challenger, or risk being stripped of the world championship.
No date has, however, been set yet for the bout which must hold before December 2.
Joshua is unbeaten in 18 bouts, Pulev, 36, has a record of 25 wins and one defeat.
